Le Jacobin Noir focused on pieces from the 01-capsule. The accessories are made from black embroidered loincloth sold by Apollonian women (an ethnic group within the Akan people). Whilst black is seen as a colour of mourning in Akan culture, for us it is a colour of everyday life.
