Terms and conditions

All pieces are made to order!

When you place your order, we lunch the production process with our workshop. 
From order to shipment, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for production and shipment. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Hybride Studio does not accept returns or full refunds, but we will happily exchange an item for another within 14 days of the delivery date, if you need a different size or if the item is damaged. We do not take back damaged items AFTER they have been used.
For all exchange requests, please contact us via the form on our website or by e-mail hybridestudiocustomercare@outlook.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping costs for an exchange are at the customer's expense.

On receipt of the product returned by the customer, customer service will send an email confirming receipt of the product.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via DHL. A tracking number will be given to you so that you can follow your parcel.

SERVICE DELAYS

Hybride Studio is not responsible for unexpected delivery delays caused by external circumstances. 
Hybride Studio is also not responsible for lost or missing packages once shipped. 
Please contact DHL with your tracking number for these cases.
Finally, Hybride Studio cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or fees and/or taxes (which are the responsibility of the customer) and/or delays due to customs services over which it has no control.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order by contacting us at hybridestudiocustomercare@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been made or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


We reserve the right to cancel orders, in which case a full refund will be made.
For orders, please read the product description carefully. Shipments usually begin 2-3 weeks after purchase. If you have any questions after receiving confirmation of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at hybridestudiocustomercare@outlook.com.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

If you need to modify your order, please contact our customer service team at hybridestudiocustomercare@outlook.com and we can help you make the changes before the order goes into production.
We do not offer a made-to-measure service, but we can help you choose the right size if you contact us.
